About the project

This incredible lakefront weekend property spans over 2 acres with pine trees and native oaks. The biggest challenge in this natural landscape was to design a massive project that did not cause us to remove or cut down a single tree and also nestled comfortably into the over 10' of hillside in the yard. The design consists of an upper play pool, lower diving pool, 15 person hot tub, 32' slide, 2 TVs that pop up out of the planter beds, 100' of beach, swim up cabana, and a river that pulls water from the lake into the backyard which runs through the property and back down into the lake. Every detail was meticulously thought out and executed to not overwhelm the space. Turkish travertine stone decks mixed with over 200 tons of moss rock boulders leading to Mexican beach sand with natural cedar and stone accents helped to turn this once plain hillside into a resort backyard.
