About the project

This backyard oasis was created out of an empty grass lot with over 3' of elevation change. Being a corner lot, the fence lines and setbacks put heavy constraints on the project, but we were still able to give the client every option that he had on his wish list, all while creating the best views out of the main back windows on the home. With a 30' swim up bar, sun bench, firepit, spa, storage room, bathroom, and in-floor cleaning system, this project is the definition of luxury.
