Stillwater holds a special place for us. Reid earned his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture at Oklahoma State in 2011, and Reid and Rachel met at OSU and married in Stillwater in 2013. Today SchindlerDesignCo. designs and builds luxury custom pools, spas, and outdoor living environments for Stillwater homeowners — from estate homes near campus to acreage and lake properties outside town.
Stillwater backyards host game days and family gatherings, so we design complete environments: a pool house or covered loggia for crowds, a swim-up bar and outdoor kitchen, a spa for cooler months, and fire features sited for evening use. On acreage and lake properties, resort-scale layouts with vanishing edges oriented to the view become possible when utilities, drainage, and access are planned from day one.
Inside city limits, pools require a city permit, and some neighborhoods have HOA review. Outside town, septic, wells, and utility runs affect placement. We resolve those constraints on paper before construction.
